Our season runs from 1st March to 13th November

For holiday and recreational purposes only

Annual costs are a separate yearly charge in addition to the purchase price.

Pitch fees 2024 (1 March to 13th November)  £4080 – £4170 (inc 20% vat)

Electricity- Meters are read and charged at the end of the season.

Gas bottles are £90 per 47kg gas cylinder.

Insurance

New caravans have a tenure of 14 years.

At Dolphin Caravan Park the following items are included within the price of a New caravan we advertise for sale:

delivery, unloading and positioning of caravan, pitch preparation, patio, connections to mains water and waste, gas and electrical installation, 2 x 47kg LPG gas bottles, LPG regulator and change over valve, digital TV aerial, freestanding PVC steps, fridge/freezer.
